At Haima, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Hygiene products, opened items, or personalized products are not eligible for return for sanitary or customization reasons.
Process: Send your request to contact@myhaima.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 business hours. If your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or is different from what was ordered.
